Hi, I'm Natalie, the founder of Handy Group. My journey into the world of home maintenance began out of necessity. As a parent to two young children and a homeowner, I quickly realized how important it is to stay on top of the little things that can go wrong around the house. What starts as a small issue can quickly grow into a bigger problem or an overwhelming list of tasks if not handled promptly.

I soon discovered that finding reliable help for these tasks wasn’t easy. Calling different companies for different jobs became time-consuming and costly. Sometimes, tradespeople wouldn’t show up to give a quote, and even if they did, many would fail to follow up or didn’t want to take on smaller jobs. I knew I couldn’t be the only one facing these challenges, and that’s when the idea for Handy Group was born.

However, turning this idea into a reality was daunting. While I was passionate about making home maintenance simpler and more accessible for everyone, I had little experience in starting a business. That’s when my brother stepped in. With 13 years of experience building a highly successful, well-established business in the North East, and my background in customer service as a former airline cabin crew member, we combined our strengths. Together, we created Handy Group—a business built on the principles of reliability, quality, and convenience.
